Renewals
You will not be automatically billed to renew, subscription terms must be extended manually by each user. It’s recommended that you place a renewal order at least 72 hours prior to expiration to avoid a lapse in service.
Support
Please allow up to 24 hours after purchase for new API keys to activate. Your subscription includes priority email support in the event you have trouble getting your account up and running.
